These Terms of Service describe the general terms for using the Opti Think website and engaging Opti Think for marketing analytics, Google Ads management, and workflow automation services.

Website use

You may use this website to learn about Opti Think and contact us about services. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its normal operation.

Services

Any consulting, campaign management, reporting, automation, or analytics work is subject to the scope, fees, timelines, and responsibilities agreed with the client in writing. Website content alone does not create a client relationship.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining appropriate account permissions, reviewing recommendations, approving material changes where required, and complying with advertising platform policies and applicable laws.

Platform access

When a client grants access to Google Ads or another platform, Opti Think uses that access only for the agreed services. Clients may remove access through the relevant platform at any time, although doing so may limit our ability to provide services.

No guarantee of results

Marketing results can be affected by many factors outside our control, including market conditions, budgets, competition, website performance, tracking quality, and platform changes. We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, revenue, or advertising outcomes.

Intellectual property

The website content, branding, and materials are owned by Opti Think or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Client-owned data and materials remain the property of the client.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Opti Think is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use or services.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
